Because temperatures in the high desert can reach above 110 degrees we ask that for your child's comfort, health, and enjoyment you read over the following info:

We will have ice water available but ask that each child bring their own refillable water bottle.  Cups will NOT be provided.

We suggest you apply sunscreen to any exposed areas of your child's skin prior to arriving at camp there will not be time to apply once camp activities have started. You can also send additional Sunscreen to re-apply at a later time during snack time.

Because children will be riding, we ask that each child arrives ready to ride, we require long pants, tee-shirt, sweat-shirt or western style shirt (no tank tops, bathing suit tops or other strapless or thin strapped shirts) and boots for safety reasons while riding. There will not be time to change cloths and if your child is not ready they may miss their riding time.

Please be sure we are advised us, at time of registration, of any health issues, allergies, physical or mental handicaps or children weighing over 150 lbs so that we are able to accommodate your child when possible.

Please remind your children that we are here to have fun and learn to ride and care for horses.  If you child does not obey our rules, it is a safely issue for your child as well as all the other people at the camp.  We do reserve the right to refuse your child to attend our camp.

There will be a sign in and sign out sheet.  If someone else is pick up your child, you will need to make sure this person is listed on your emergency list or you must leave a note at sign in.  We will be checking ID's if a different person picks up a child.

To be fair to all the campers, please be sure you have your child at the ranch and ready at 9 a.m. sharp.  We also ask that you make sure your child is picked up promptly at 1 p.m.  If you arrive late your child may miss their riding time. If you are late to pick your child up there will be a $5.00 per each 5 minutes after 1:00 pm.
